This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Account Executive to join a peak Membership Association for professionals who deliver public works and engineering services to communities across Australia and New Zealand. The Association focuses on enhancing the quality of life of communities through public works and services.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager and working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for managing sales leads across the Membership's products and services, as well as managing ongoing relationships and existing customers and partners. This is dynamic and fast-paced role involving sales and relationship management suited to an individual who has the ability to work in a small-team environment with the capacity to work autonomously as well.
In this role you will be responsible for following up sales leads and assisting in development of sales strategies, while providing coaching and advice on the Membership's offering.
- Build and maintain client relationships

- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will be a driven and dynamic Account Executive with excellent relationship management skills. You will have demonstrated sales experience both face to face and over the phone. You will have the ability to work in a small team environment and have experience managing diverse internal stakeholders.
You will be highly organised with strong time and self management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines and achieve targets and KPIs. You will be results-orientated and out-come driven with the ability to take initiative.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong sales administration and CRM sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree / 2-3 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
