Founded in 2007, and led by CEO and founder Clovis Young, we've grown to over 70 Restaurants across Australia and New Zealand. Combining the authentic flavours and spices of Mexico with the health-conscious cuisine of California, the Mad Mex menu is fully customisable, allowing customers to build their meal to their individual tastes or specific nutritional needs – Gluten Free?
