Traineeships and apprenticeships
At any point in time, we have between 300 and 400 Spotless trainees enrolled in our National Vocational Training Program.
Also known as Australian Apprenticeships, the program offers eligible staff a nationally recognised qualification by combining on-the-job knowledge with workplace training.
Qualifications cover many of our core services including:
- cleaning services
- laundry operations
- support services such as business and finance.
Spotless offers a range of training delivery methods including:
- in-house face-to-face
- online learning
- on-the-job development
- external courses.
We also also offer accelerated development programs to foster our employees' potential for future roles. Programs are designed to equip future leaders and retain talented staff.
Management Graduate Program
We offer a program for ambitious and enthusiastic graduates with a can-do attitude. Graduates rotate through different operations, sectors and portfolios.
