MACRO Recruitment has been in business since 1991.

We started from the humble beginnings of a home office recruiting permanent and contract aeronautical engineers and software developers for the Department of Defence. We then grew to recruit FInance, Trades, Manufacturing, Education, Hospitality, STEM, IT&C and Executive professionals.

Since 1991 we have been involved in over 8500 placements nationally. To date, 99.7% of our placements have exceeded their probation period. Our Targeted Search Recruitment model boasts a 100% success rate on placement. No matter how impossible it may seem to the employer at the start of the brief to find the ideal candidate – if we say we can do it, we deliver.

The team at MACRO has been consistently recognized by peers through Service Excellence Awards including being voted Australia’s favorite Specialist Recruitment firm by job seekers and employers in the SEEK SARA award, and making the finals for multiple REA (Recruitment Excellence Awards)

The reason why we have such a high success rate is due to the screening tools and training we have available to our consultants. There are 4 key steps that we follow to ensure that our placements are assets to our clients. These are significantly more sophisticated than the average recruitment agency and have been tailored through software enhancements to allow an efficient, accurate and professional user-friendly outcome.

MACRO has developed their own in-house recruitment software that is available to employers and recruiters.

Continual training by way of apprenticing is a key factor in the success of the staff and executives.
