GOTAFE is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Number 3094) which was officially formed in October 1996 through the amalgamation of the Goulburn Valley and the Wangaratta Institutes of TAFE.
We are the largest regional TAFE in Victoria with campuses are located in Shepparton, Wangaratta, Seymour, Benalla, Werribee and Wallan. The strength of GOTAFE lies in its experienced, skilled and innovative staff who provide training and skills development to students, industry clients and the wider community through innovative, customised and quality assured training programs.
GOTAFE delivers unique programs including the National Centre for Equine Education (NCEE). Specialised departments including the Centre for Koori Education and the Multicultural Education Centre have been established to meet the needs of Australia’s diverse community.
