About us

The Quality & Clinical Specialist is responsible for promoting best practice quality and clinical practices, with the ultimate outcome of consistently achieving person-centred health promotion outcomes for residents and clients.

The focus of the Quality & Clinical Specialist role is defining, monitoring, reporting and providing mentoring on quality and clinical practices, processes and outcomes. This relates to both at site/service level and collectively at organisational level.

About you

You will hold a Bachelor or Post-Graduate Degree in Nursing or an Allied Health profession, enabling registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and have a minimum of 5 years relevant post registration experiences.

A current / relevant Drivers Licence is essential to this role.

All Southern Cross Care employees also require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
