Junior ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst; Leverage Your Business User Support Experience / Gain Complex Back End Software & Systems Exposure

This impressive international technology services market leader operates across Australia and around the world providing niche solutions to a corporate customer portfolio. The Australian practice is compact in size and separated across a number of states / capital cities. They currently require the skills of a smart, ambitious Junior Infrastructure Support Analyst who combines strong tertiary academic results with 1-5 years of commercial experience supporting Microsoft systems and applications and corporate business users.

Working withing a multi-national IT team alongside another Australian-based infrastructure support professional, you will take ownership of 1st and 2nd line ICT support for all Australian-based business users and their associated software applications and hardware peripherals.

The Junior ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst will ideally bring to the table:

1 - 5 years desktop experience supporting Microsoft software applications within a corporate environment
Understanding of sophisticated infrastructure architecture including: virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), Windows and Active Directory, LAN/WAN concepts, security and networking tools
The ability to work within (and support) a multi-located business user base
Great work commitment, boundless energy, a pragmatic approach and a cast iron sense of humour
The ability to work in a full time permanent position (with some infrequent business travel)
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or similar (industry certifications well received)
