Key responsibilities include:

Provision of effective generalist human resources and compliance advice
Promotion of staff wellbeing and contributing to a high performance culture
Extensive recruitment including conducting induction and reviewing exit processes
Administration of probation and annual performance appraisal processes
Contributing to the development of policies and procedures and training programs
Providing relevant management reporting and maintaining staff records
Management of professional learning program for support and operational staff
Support senior management with the implementation of workplace change in line with the School’s strategic and operational plans
Assist with various compliance and risk management tasks and projects as required

You will need:

Solid experience in a similar role - school experience ideal!
Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
Sound knowledge of employee & industrial relations including the Fair Work Act and relevant awards
Great sense of humour and ability to remain calm and level headed under pressure!
