Responsibilities

Ensuring all job details/specifications from the Sales team are received for actioning
Liaising with customers to schedule appointments
- Site Measures
- Site Installations
- Service Calls
Arrange forecasted measures/ installations with Commercial builders
Arrange all relevant documentation for contractors to perform set tasks
Liaise with contractors with detailed information to ensure deliverance of job
Review installer reports daily for actioning
Liaise with the warehouse for stock reports and availability
Rescheduling and problem-solving issues
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships by rapport building
Provide support and assistance to the management team

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in a scheduling role (ideally within the building industry or window furnishings)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to take instruction and pick things up quickly
Self-motivated and demonstrates strength in organisation and planning
Exceptional customer service
Professional phone manner
Proven leadership qualities and self-motivated
Highly organised
Impeccable attention to detail
Highly skilled with the MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
Ability to multitask and prioritise
