We are looking for competitive and forward-thinking Cloud/SaaS Sales Account Managers to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and create cross-sell/upsell opportunities to drive expansion and revenue growth.

Our APAC office is based in North Sydney, however, we are open to the right candidates in ANZ who have the ability to work remotely.

Requirements

2+ years of successful SaaS/Cloud sales experience
Proven and demonstrable experience as a sales professional focused on phone/tele-sales
Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota
Thorough understanding of the sales process and negotiating techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Understanding and familiarity of CRM systems
Excellent analytical skills and good with numbers
Capable of working independently

Differentiators

Familiarity or experience within our key industries is a plus: architecture, engineering, accounting, legal, and consulting
Familiarity or experience selling similar software/solutions (accounting, timekeeping, billing software) a huge plus

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio/pipeline of accounts to achieve long-term success
Make contact with existing customers to learn and understand their situations, concerns, and pain points, providing honest consultative selling and solutions
Prepare, propose, and deliver appropriate solutions based on our products and services
Drive results and measure success by meeting or exceeding sales goals
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Accomplish sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Create summaries and reports with sales data and metrics regarding your clients and prospects
Work closely with leadership to execute sales strategies
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
