We are hunting down an exceptional Senior Property Manager to join an incredibly successful agency who are a well known established brand in the industry. With strong core values and a forward-thinking team - all that is needed now is YOU to join this close-knit, fast-paced team.

This is a pod-style position, your tasks are landlord related, therefore no entries, exits or routines are required, predominantly office-based. You will have the support of a Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Routines Officer.

Responsibilities include:

Pod portfolio size of 250
Managing the pod staff
Communicating with landlords
Trust accounting
Owner disputes
Attendance of QCAT

The Candidate

Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Property Manager
MUST know Trust Accounting
MUST have experience attending QCAT
Experience managing a small team is desirable
Team player
Professionally presented and articulate
Confident and enthusiastic
QLD Certificate of Registration and valid QLD drivers licence
