Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with 1 year experience within Aged Care looking for a casual, part time contract and full time?

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse you will be working as part of a clinical team of empathetic, caring and compassionate professionals’, you will make a positive meaningful difference in the lives of elderly people.

General Main Responsibilities

Maintaining quality care documentation
Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements
Supporting the CCM with the management and completion of ACFI assessments
Actively engaging in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts
Adhering to all relevant legislative requirements and quality guidelines
Practicing Safe Covid19 Guideline

Requirements to meet in order to be considered:

Minimum 3 year experienced in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse
Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse – Essential
Nursing Qualification
Must have full work rights (sponsorship not available)
Evidence of vaccination against seasonal influenza
Must have a current national police certificate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
