Scrum Master - Insurance - $160 package

As the Scrum Master you will support the Platform Services Manager by leading multiple agile development
teams to deliver on key business and technology strategies. A key part of this role is to coach and mentor our team
members to enable them to improve their way of working.

You will deliver value to stakeholders and be responsible for fostering the agile processes within multiple
teams. The role collaborates with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business outcomes through
technology delivered change.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value, outcomes
that maximise flow
* Coach teams on agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement to grow agile
maturity, resilience and high performance
* Bring thought leadership in your field of expertise to support the planning and execution of
Technology's strategic priorities, contemporary operating model and business plan
* Support the team to remove roadblocks and identify technical risks
* Work with project &/or program management to understand demand to make decisions re resource
and capability requirements to aid forward planning
* Work closely with the Product Owner(s) and/or Project managers during sprints including
discussions around the understanding of designs, backlog and product demonstrations (as required)
* Support the development and execution of the platform application strategy ensuring alignment to
the enterprise strategy and Technical roadmaps

* People leadership and negotiation skills
* Active in the Agile community with experience working with Partners and Suppliers
Information Security Classification -
* Workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
* Able to coach / mentor Agile processes within the team specifically in the delivery of the technology
solutions.
* Thorough understanding of enterprise software development processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust
and apply this knowledge in a dynamic empirical environment using agile development
* Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to
team development; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix
* Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative, and productive development teams with
the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating several teams at a time and responding
to changing business and technical conditions

Qualifications

* Tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or related fields
* Certification relevant to position such as Scrum Master or Project Manager
* Essential: Minimum 5 years practical hands on experience as Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master)
