Located close to picturesque Lake Mulwala, Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing (YMH) is a growing and innovative organisation who designs and constructs quality residential, commercial and holiday accommodation in their modern manufacturing facility, then re-locate the dwellings onsite throughout Victoria, NSW and beyond.

In your new role you will:

Report directly to the Operations Manager
Complete all take offs and purchase orders
Provide margin reports, cost overrun analysis & improvement
Obtain and review quotes as required; assist in work flow of jobs in production
Ensure relationships with internal and external customers, supervisors, suppliers, trades people are maintained and improved
Negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors to maximise service delivery and achieve business cost savings

You will have:

Minimum of 4 years experience in an estimating role preferably within the volume home building industry
Exposure to estimating systems such as Beams, DataBuild or T/Line is mandatory
Working knowledge of the Building and Construction process
Excellent communication skills and computer skills including MS Suite
You will be self-motivated, highly organised and have the ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
A qualification in Building/Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirable
