An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager within our Sydney branch in Wetherill Park.

Your role will include:

Developing and maintaining strong networks with current and future clients
Maintaining a diverse database of candidates
Building and developing new and existing client relationships
Recruitment & selection across Temp and permanent roles
General administrative tasks.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

Professional verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
High attention to detail
Customer service orientated
Deadline driven
A continuous improvement mindset
Flexibility to work with in a dynamic, service driven and fast paced environment.
Knowledge of WorkDesk would be highly advantageous.

Successful applicants must have the ability to work autonomously, within a National Team, be self motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, be able to think outside the square to solve a challenge, however the key to your success will be your exceptional customer relationship management skills.

An ability to be flexible with start and finish times would be desirable, as no two days are ever the same.

Full training on our in-house systems and processes will be provided to the successful candidate.
