Position Summary:

Office Manager

The landmark Victorian Government Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System represents a significant opportunity for system wide reform that will require whole-of-government strategic responses. The Royal Commission released its interim report in November 2019, which included a recommendation for government to establish an administrative office to implement the Royal Commission's recommendations. Mental Health Reform Victoria (MHRV) has been established as a new administrative office to implement the recommendations of the Royal Commission.

The role of Office Manager will be responsible for establishing robust systems and administrative processes to ensure smooth running of the office of the CEO. Responsibilities include the establishment and management of sound records management systems and office budgets, and support for recruitment processes and reporting requirements. The Office Manager will also contribute to workplans, preparation of written materials, coordinating team processes and working collaboratively as part of a small and dynamic team.
