Our client is a leading, highly successful and innovative Australian software organisation who provide exciting enterprise software solutions across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Due to strong growth, they have an exciting career opportunities available in Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane. They are looking for a highly accomplished HR Payroll Software Consultant who will play a key role in the consulting group of the business, working with a variety of customers implementing and designing HR/Payroll software solutions.

Given our clients' demanding project work, they are only considering candidates who have a strong background in HR Payroll Software implementations.

Duties will include (not limited to)

Effective business analysis and requirements gathering
Solutions design as per clients' requirements
Run and lead scoping sessions and workshops with Exec level stakeholders
Configuring and customising software based on clients' requirements
Developing and maintaining communication plan
Systems implementation and integrations
Delivering high level project outcomes and excellence to customers
Managing multiple and concurrent implementations, and upgrade projects

Skills and experience required:

Minimum 6+ years' experience in design, implementation and support of HR Payroll Software
Strong end to end implementation projects experience
Experience across medium to large enterprise environments
Strong background HR and PY legislative understanding
Strong solutions design and systems integration experience
Passion for technology and enterprise cloud software
Strong business process understanding
Problem solver mind set
