The position

This role is a unique one to the organisation and one that is going to be tasked with the Key Account Management of their major clients across the Brisbane and Queensland region. You're responsible for the overall success and sales requirements of these accounts for the products they require which means you will be a dependable and reliable point of contact for your customer base. The outline of the functions below:

* Key relationship management of clients
* Continual product supply and sales to your customers
* Support and dependability to your key clients
* Following a planned strategy of relationship management
* Always looking for opportunities to offer your clients other products
* Up selling and cross selling products and solutions
* Looking for further clients outside your customer base as well
* Site visits and demonstrations

The experience you need

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates that have ideally come from a relatable background where you have been servicing major accounts with a responsibility to ensure overall success & growth of the account. Ideally you will come from a relatable field to General Construction Supplies, Inudstrial Consumbles, Lifting, PPE, Rigging, Safety, Fasteners, Tools or any other closely related field, though it is ideal to be from the industry it is not essential.

As this role is both working to construction & industrial clients and offering a large product base it is imperative that you have a passion and drive for both the industry and product solutions sales. Overall below outlines the needed criteria:

* Experience in key account & relationship management
* Experience in servicing key clients and increasing spend
* Experienced in business development and winning opportunities
* Sales experience on a wide range of solutions or products advantageous
* Coming from within the industry or relatable fields highly advantageous but not essential
* Passionate about customer success and you are highly dependable and reliable
* Ability to understand your customers needs and look for further opportunities where they need servicing
* Happy to pick up the phone and always stay in touch & in front of your contact base
