About the position

The Business Applications Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving the Parliamentary Information Management System (PIMS), which is a bespoke software solution designed to manage parliamentary information, as well as managing a team responsible for supporting PIMS, the Parliament’s website and the Parliament’s intranet.

About you

The role is fundamental to the support of parliamentary operations: The ideal candidate will be a highly visible key contributor with excellent customer service, experience managing business applications, and expert knowledge of the MS Office suite of applications. You will also have an understanding of agile project management methodologies and experience working in projects to equip you to lead stakeholder expectations, troubleshoot user issues, vendors, creation of documentation, enhancements and risk management.
