This is a position available due to growth! Operating out of the stunning Double Bay office, this is an agency operating for over 15 years. This is a hand-picked team that is by far the largest in the local area. This is an opportunity for a Junior Property Manager to join a top-performing PM division that has a strong desire to bring about a new level of service in the industry.

The Role:

Reporting directly to a highly qualified and respected Senior Property Manager, you will be the face of a high profile agency. This is a diverse and fast-paced role with plenty of support, structure, and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. You will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio under the guidance of a Senior Property Manager
Ingoing & outgoing inspections
Routine inspections
Diary Management
Repairs & Maintenance
Property Management administration
Ad hoc administration duties
Chasing up arrears

The Candidate:

A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
