The Role
Seeking a Senior Property Manager looking to join this strong agency in the North West. You will join a fun and energetic team with ongoing training and great support with leasing and administration.
You will also have the opportunity for progression within your role, with the ability to help train and mentor Junior staff once ready!

Managing a portfolio of local properties
Role will be predominantly office based due to huge support from your team
VA's and administration assistance
Inspection support staff for entry, exit and routine inspections
Leasing support staff
Step up in your career and become a mentor!
Company car also provided!
Post-Lockdown Commencement

Skills & experience

Minimum 3+ years experience as a Property Manager
Current Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
Current Vic drivers license - Company Car will be provided
Using Property ME software ideal but not essential
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
Rotational Saturday roster
