Our client wishes to appoint a new Product Manager to their Surgical team in Sydney.

ROLE

Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion programs, in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in planning sales promotions and advertising in support of assigned products.
Develop, implement, facilitate and evaluate all training activities for new and existing products.
Analyse market trends and sales potential for use in sales forecast and planning.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

At least 3+ years previous Product Manager experience essential within medical surgical devices.
Strong technical and clinical understanding of the eye and ideally the ophthalmic surgical business - Knowledge of Cataract Instrumentation is preferred.
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business or Marketing is essential.
Team worker with highly developed organisational skills.
Proven experience delivering against objectives/projects.
Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation (network with international to leverage information/resources).
