Regional Valuations Director to assume leadership of the Central West valuations district for a national Australian Valuations Firm.

The Central West valuations pipeline is strong, but currently, valuations are handled from either Sydney or other regional offices. The aim of this position is to localise this arm of the business under a senior level valuer with the motivation to become a leader in the region and to grow an office underneath them.

In support, you’ll have the national corporate structure (including compliance, marketing, accounting/payroll & HR), along with full training in their more specialist areas of the business if it’s not experience you already have and training in business & team management.

The Valuations:

Commercial valuations (all types including agribusiness & rural).
Going Concerns - accommodation hotels / motels, service stations / self-storage.
Compulsory acquisition & litigation.
Access to every local commercial panel, government portfolios and non-mortgage.

This valuations firm is going from strength to strength currently, with no discernible impacts from Covid and a very strong growth strategy. A huge part of their growth is from their regional program – a program that is succeeding due to their very collaborative culture and recognition that each location needs to be built based on the needs of that particular region. They do not believe in ‘one size fits all’.

Ideally they are looking for someone with solid, generalist & commercial valuations skills and the ability to manage clients / market their own name. Business management experience isn’t necessarily required, but a good head for business / commercial acumen will be well regarded.

Salary structure: Salary + super + benefits + management Salary + bonuses
