Job Description

Due to rapid growth and expansion in their team they are now long for a Product Writer be the subject matter expert for their education and trading platforms. This role will sit in the Product Development team and have a key focus on curating concise and measured plans for their product offering to their clientele.

The role will involve the following:

* Be the Subject matter expert for technical documentation across the educational resources and trading platforms;

* Write both technical and non-technical documents for both internal and external customer;

* Preparation of user guides, manuals, FAQs and tutorials;

* Review and maintain all projects technical documentation and maintenance manuals;

* Identify opportunities for improvement and document control;

* Creation of new templates, standards and workflows;

* Provide updates on all types of social media platforms;

* Creation of Storyboard or story writing for technical solutions

* As a bilingual organisation having the ability to speak and read in mandarin is essential;

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will have experience in the following:

* Experience and proven track record in a commercially driven organisation

* Experience in a technical product writer or Technical UX Writing role

* Basic understanding of web application, API and mobile application and how to write for best practice documentation

* Able to analyst technical data and convert into layman's terms and convey to stakeholders at all levels

* Familiar with any of the following technologies: Windows Server, VMWare, AD, ADFS, Azure, Exchange, Networking, Firewalls, Security Appliances

* Interest or applied knowledge of fintech, forex tracing is highly regarded but also not necessary;
