Regional Director / Branch Manager to take the reins of a local Valuations business in Albury with a strong presence locally and a business that whilst well supported from the national corporate structure (including compliance, marketing, accounting/payroll & HR), has been built around a regional valuation core & regional needs.

The role:

Lead a team of experienced Valuers and train Juniors.
Shape the role to develop your skills in Technical Specialist Valuations / Client Interaction / BD / Regional Leadership for National Corporate.
Bonuses - Full workload locally and in surrounding areas.
Manage the valuations pipelines across:
Commercial, Residential and Specialist Valuation – going concerns.
Just terms/compulsory acquisition & government portfolios.
Residential development/subdivisions.
General Commercial & residential mortgage.

Who this will suit.

If you are a senior level valuer with commercial experience & experience managing teams / directing workflows then fantastic, dive straight in. However if you don’t have the managerial experience then this is an excellent opportunity to build that side of your skill set as full Management & Business Training is on offer to the right person.

Ideally this profile is someone with solid commercial experience, a good head for business and is a “people person” with the gift of the gab and a willingness to build their profile.

Salary + super + benefits + bonuses PLUS Management Salary = OTE $145k
