A visiting allied health team and other professionals offer clinical and personal attention to ensure residents have complete care and pampering. Staffed by RN's 24 hours per day and set in secure grounds with established gardens, residents can safely pursue their leisure whether in the library, theatre, communal games room or just pottering amongst the flower boxes. A specially trained in-house chef and kitchen team work with prime fresh ingredients every meal. Off-site and family activities are also encouraged. Both resident and team member well-being, and fun-at-heart happiness, are paramount. They seek to engage an experienced Aged Care RN on the upper North Shore of Sydney

The Opportunity

Your role will be working under the experienced DON to deliver their high standard of care. You will oversee care plans, roster management, day-to-day team supervision with responsibility for the smooth running of the residents' care, and participation in the constant improvement program. This company promotes from within and ongoing career opportunities are available within their sister facilities.

You

Current AHPRA registration with at least 3+ years local Aged Care experience
Excellent verbal, written and also time management skills
Experience in ACFI assessment and submission requirements
Some management experience desirable
Low, medium and high care experience.
