Marketing & Communications Specialist (construction/design)

New opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join a well-respected industry leader. You will be a confident, motivated individual who is looking to develop, drive and implement a marketing strategy. The business is a leader in design and construction mostly delivering high-end commercial projects. They have gone from strength to strength over the last 18 months and this is a new role to support natural business growth.

Key responsibilities:

Support and promote the brand position in the market through all communications channels and collateral (internal and external)
Working closely with the Business Development teams to ensure all content and collateral is available and up to date
Support the development of tender and submission documents
Analyze marketing data to develop insights and make recommendations
Optimize digital presence and marketing automation through email, content, and social channels
Work closely with the in-house graphics team to develop brand and style

Key Skills/Experience required:

A Marketing and Communications qualification
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
Online marketing experience
Experience with analyzing data to inform decision making
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally within construction/engineering/design
