The OPPORTUNITY...

Prosepecting through cold/warm calls, door knocking and letter box drops
Attend open homes & auctions
Listing and selling properties per monthly targets
Creating market reports and conducting appraisals & Buyer appointments
Liaise with vendors, purchasers and prospective clients
Create a strong, positive name for yourself in the local area
Follow up calls & enquiry management
Liaising with solicitors for contracts of sale
Diary management and scheduling appointments

About you:

Agents Representative Certificate OR Real Estate Licence
Experience within a Sales Consultant Position for 1+ years
Current driver's licence with presentable car
Demonstrates a strong desire to offer excellent service to customers
Impeccable presentation and professionalism
Determined, Hungry and Passionate
Ability to work independently
