The Role

We are currently seeking Casual Retail Salespeople to join our Paint Spot stores in the South East Metro area of Melbourne, VIC. You’ll be open to travelling as the likely stores to be worked in are; Mornington, Frankston, Carrum Downs, Dandenong and Pakenham.

This is a casual position, however there is currently the opportunity to work up to 30 hours per week. (Please note that hours are not guaranteed). Our stores are open 7 days per week so you'll need to be available to work weekends. This fast paced and hands-on role will see you:

· Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained;

· Cash handling / EFTPOS;

· Accurately mix and tint paint;

· Assist in maintaining stock levels;

· Comply with safety standards.

About you

You’re confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times. In addition, you will:

· Possess an interest in our products and paint product and application/ hardware experience will be beneficial;

· Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues and have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly;

· Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role;

· Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable.
