An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has been responsible for recruiting civil plant operators to join our leading construction client who are a civil contractor. It is essential that you have recruited plant operators so that you can hit the ground running.

This is a 4-6 week temporary assignment to start Monday 20th July and you must be prepared to commit to completing the full length of the assignment.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

High volume recruitment for Civil Plant Operators
Recruitment of Maintenance positions
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Conducting phone interviews
Coordination and bookings of pre employment medicals
Undertaking reference checks
Creating and sending employment contracts
Coordinating all relevant paperwork for Payroll
Maintain and create employee files
Checking relevant licences and tickets

Our Criteria | Your Skills:

Previous experience working in a fast pace high volume position recruiting plant operators
High attention to detail
Written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Word and Excel
Be highly organised, meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritise work loads
Previous experience in mining resources, construction or logistics industry will be highly regarded
