Our client is going through a digital transformation and has created a new role for an experienced IT technical lead or ERP Specialist with leadership experience. This role is ideal for those who enjoy leadership, have experience in ERP implementation and enjoy the technical hands-on aspect of IT. THE ROLE

In this newly created role, the IT Lead / ERP Specialist will play a critical piece in building the internal infrastructure of the business as well as supporting & troubleshooting to internal and external customers. As the Technical lead/ ERP Specialist you will be required to work with third party vendors and lead all projects.

This will include but will not be limited to:

Provide 3rd

Lead in projects including Azure, Oracle ERP, and office relocations

Supply chain management experience

E- commerce Feed monitoring

Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to customer network access and network connectivity issues

Troubleshoot and resolve users network performance issues

Support the network and security infrastructure

YOUR PROFILE

This role would be the right fit for an enthusiastic individual who has excellent customer service skills whilst being able to demonstrate logical problem solving / troubleshooting skills and is looking forward to progressing their IT career within the industrial space.

The following is required:

5-7 years in a similar role

Proven experience in previous technical lead role

Show fundamental networking knowledge with TCP/IP, routing protocols etc

Experience with technologies such as Azure, MDM, SharePoint, Oracle ERP and Office365

Experience with Cloud ERP Implementation projects

Experience with e- commerce feeds, supply chain management and manufacturing knowledge

Resilient, hardworking, and motivated personality

Australian Drivers licence
