An opportunity currently exists for an Entry-level Customer Service at our Melbourne Office in Dandenong, VIC. Fantastic opportunity to get your first full time role!
Duties and Responsibilities
- POD Scanning (proof of delivery)
- Transport liaison (issuing ETA's and addressing delivery issues)
- Liaise with external stakeholder for interstate and local deliveries
- Customer support functions (loading delivery data, responding to emails and answering client queries
- General reception duties
Key Selection Criteria
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A pleasant and professional phone manner
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Good work ethic
- Customer service background (desirable)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word and Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Australian work rights
The right candidate must be able to commit Monday to Friday (8am to 4.30pm). This role would be suited to a results driven and persistent candidate. Ability to establish relationships is important in the succeeding in this role.
