About the Role
This newly created role aims to support the group HR function to fulfil operational and strategic objectives by providing highly effective and efficient HR administration and coordination for all people processes, contributing to the delivery of effective and efficient HR activities and programs. This role requires someone systems savvy across various HRIS, LMS & ATS platforms and the ability to proactively handle a range of priorities. Critical to the role is the ability to provide tactful, confidential executive administration support to the CHRO, as well as adhoc administration support to the wider head office as required.

About You
The successful candidate will possess;

* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline / experience
* Demonstrated understanding of HR related functions, principles and processes and experience within an HR function
* Demonstrated experience in providing efficient executive assistant support to C-suite personnel
* Skills and experience in HRIS & recruitment systems, Oracle preferred
* Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills, including proven skills in using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages
* Experience in budgeting, and managing supplier invoices
* Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
* Ability to work autonomously to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment
* Outstanding interpersonal, liaison and networking skills
* Relevant experience in providing professional high-level administrative support
* Attention to detail, including excellent written skills
* Ambitious, proactive nature with the ability to work autonomously at all times
About Culture & Benefits
An approximate salary package of up to $105,000 including Superannuation will be afforded to the successful candidate, dependent on experience.

This organisation currently supports split WFH arrangements due to COVID-19.
