To be successful, you will need:

2 - 5 years management experience, either retail or hospitality
A motivated, dedicated, passionate retail manager

Ability to lead a team by setting the example
A strong focus on customers and delivering world class service
Solid understanding of stock control
Results driven you will rise to any challenge thrown at you
