As a result of their and industry growth and success, they require the assistance of Life Claims Assessors/Case Managers, Senior Case Managers, Technical Consultants and Claims Team Managers eager to develop and progress their career in this space.

Roles Overview - Look to switch across or Step Up

Group/Retail Case Managers - $87k - $100k + Super. Work with various and mixed portfolios (IP, TPD, Trauma, Lump Sum, Death) with low case loads, and delegated authority limits achieved quickly through successive career progression.
Senior Group/Retail Case Managers - $95k - $115k + Super. Opportunity to step up in a Senior role, or step across to work with more complex claims whilst coaching and mentoring junior case managers.
Technical/QA Claims Consultants - $115k - $130k + Super. Provide strategic and investigative technical support on complex claims matters and also coach case managing teams. Opportunity for Senior Case Managers to step up.
Retail/Group Claims Team Managers - $130k - $150k + Super. Mentor and manage teams of case managers. Opportunity to step up into leadership and/or work with new teams to pass on your extensive claims knowledge and experience.
