About the Opportunity

Our Adelaide branch has a new and exciting opportunity available for a Workshop based Trades Assistant to join the Hitachi team. Based in our Cavan branch, this is a permanent full time position.

Working alongside qualified technicians this role will be suited to someone who enjoys an OEM environment. Reporting to the Service Supervisor you will be involved in general workshop duties and providing assistance to qualified technicians.

Team Player - Connected and committed to working collaboratively to achieve total customer satisfaction
Mechanical Knowledge - Understanding of mechanical equipment with an ability to recognise basic quality deviations and fault would be an advantage
Workshop Skillset: A High Risk Forklift License
Attention - Ability to maintain a high level of service and detail when carrying out inspections on equipment.
Self-Motivated - A self-driven Initiative to complete work efficiently and effectively while maintaining a clean and tidy environment
