Hours/Period of Appointment

Permanent, full time, day work working 76 hours per fortnight to commence 4 January 2021.
Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Note: This selection process may be used to fill casual roles if applicable.

Duties

Coordinate the provision of a complete range of efficient and effective office management support for the operation of the Campbell Town Health and Community Service (CTHCS).
As part of the management team, undertake a project support role in the review of the services and new business initiatives.
Management and coordination of staff in administrative, maintenance and hotel service in all aspects of day to day function.
Oversee the expenditure, budget and potential revenue by providing general support to the managerial team.

Essential Requirements

1. Conviction checks in the following areas:

b) Sex Related Offences
c) Serious Drug Offences
d) Crimes involving dishonesty

* as required by CHSP, occupants of this role are required to undertake a conviction check assessment every three years.

Desirable Requirements

* Current Driver's Licence.
