About You

You are passionate about providing dental services and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support delivery of the highest standard of care to patients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the provision of dental services to patients including but not limited to emergency treatments, general examinations and preventative treatments, restorations, minor oral surgical procedures, x-rays, extractions, root canal treatments and design/management of prostheses. You will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining the good oral health of personnel in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
* Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Dentist, General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Minimum 3 years full-time post graduate clinical chair-side experience (or part-time equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years full-time post graduate clinical chair-side experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent).
* Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
* Current First Aid (HLTAID003) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID001) certification.
