The Role
This is a newly created role, developed from a genuine space of valuing the HR function. People are their most important asset, they already have a wonderful culture so as they continue to grow they want you to keep that fire burning! You’ll be the one to promote the corporate values and ensure they have a happy and productive workplace.

You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues, bridging management and employee relations by addressing day to day demands. developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

The People and Culture Manager is responsible for:

Employment policies and procedures
Overseeing payroll
Rewards and recognition programs
Managing workplace safety initiatives
Administering employee-benefit programs
Recruiting and onboarding
Developing training and development programs
