They have a number of aged care facilities across Sydney and have a core focus on residential aged care.

O P P O R T U N I T I T Y

This is a very important role as you will manage this aged care facility and the operational side.
The operational management include finances, budgeting, HR and rosters.
You will have an experienced Care Manager who will oversee the care for the facility, although you will work alongside with them to ensure that the highest level of care is being provided.
There will be plenty of support from top management and head office for your role.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

This is a very important role in this aged care facility and will require certain skills & qualification for this role.
You are required to be a current registered nurse with AHPRA registration
Your focus will be on the operational, day-to-day function of the facility you might be required to focus on the clinical side from time-to-time.
Also, as this is an important role you will have to have previous experience in a similar role to this and be confident in your skills & abilities.
