Global retail franchise group requires an up and coming Solutions Designer to work from anywhere in Australia on a full time basis.

As a Solutions Designer your role will see you help define the future-state technology solutions and roadmaps, ensuring traceability to business and systems/technical requirements.

On a daily basis you will:

Select the most appropriate technologies for a given solution to meet the business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution designs meet the broader organisation standards.
Solve business problems through the creation of technical solutions and development of non-functional requirements.
Develop solutions from requirements that fulfil business needs from stakeholders, utilising agreed tools, techniques and principles
Providing technology, business and architectural governance input to business cases and other project documentation as required
Work closely with the solutions analyst and delivery teams to ensure adherence to the design specifications, broader organisation standards and implementation best practices.

To succeed in the role you will have:

Worked as a Systems Designer or Solutions Architect from within the Retail , FMCG or logistic background is highly desirable.
Suitable certifications in Architect disciplines and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), Azure and/or other Cloud providers are nice to have.
Experience within Agile methodologies such as Agile an advantage.
Demonstrated knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and practices.
Experience in data modelling and process modelling techniques
The ability to communicate technology concepts to business people with a focus on business value and benefit.
Able to provide technical leadership and negotiate outcomes with other technical and business stakeholders

A package consisting of $140,000 Base + Car Allowance + 10% Super and potential company bonus is on offer for the successful candidate.
