Our client is a consecutively award-winning Sales Agent who dominates their local market year after year. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic Team Coordinator to assist this high-volume Sales Agent and their team.

This role will be purely administrative, with absolutely no cold calling or prospecting whatsoever! If you are customer-service oriented, love admin and have a great eye for detail then please keep reading! This is the perfect entry level role for those who love admin but also want to enjoy the perks of being out and about and not being stuck behind a desk all day!

The Position

In the role of Team Coordinator/Team Assistant your main responsibilities will include:

Booking in appointments and appraisals
Extensive calendar and diary management
Coordinating advertising and marketing of properties
Prepare open for inspection packs
Database management, data entry and other administrative duties as required
Assisting with the exchange to settlement process
Building relationships with existing and new clientele
Dealing with Buyer enquiries
Attending open for inspections and auctions
Liaising with solicitors, vendors, buyers, photographers etc.

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Team Coordinator/Team Assistant will have:

Previous experience in an administrative role - ideally from Real Estate, however this is not essential!
Valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is essential
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Strong organisational skills and a great attention to detail
Ability to multitask and take on a high-volume workload
Immaculate personal presentation is a must
First-class communication skills in all aspects, who can liaise with all types of clientele
A strong knowledge of the Inner West marketplace and demographic would be preferred

Monday to Saturday with a full mid-week RDO
Up to $65k package plus team bonuses
ZERO prospecting or cold calling, pure admin role only
