As you may have guessed from our name, Solar Service Group is the market leader in the renewable energy sector. We are Australias largest solar battery provider.

This role will see the Sales Consultant speaking to inbound customers. The Sales Consultant owns the whole customer interaction, from the initial conversation all the way through to any required follow-ups.

The applicant will be confident in their ability to listen to the customers needs and assist them through the sales process.

We have set a goal to build the world's largest Virtual Power Plant! Sounds complicated? To put it simpler, we want to make renewable energy as accessible to as many people as possible.

We can not do this alone and this is why the role has become available in our Melbourne Team.

The role of Sales Consultant will include the following-

Conducting sales conversations with customers- All our work is inbound (so no cold-calling).

Appointment setting and customer follow-up- As you know, so much of the action happens in the follow-up.

Teamwork- Our team is super important at Solar Service Group so we are looking for someone who wants to be a team player.

Key requirements for the role-

Sales experience- At least 6 months experience in a call-based sales position. Previous Solar experience is not necessary.

Time management Confident in the use of CRM systems and appointment booking platform.

Desire to succeed -Hunger to challenge yourself to improve the quality and deliverability of your work.
