**Purpose of role:**

Regulatory Affairs Associate - A&P and Compliance.

Contribute to ongoing product compliance as a result of changes to existing
products, lifecycle management and responses to post-market compliance reviews
in Australia and designated overseas countries.

Project manage and oversee product variation/dossier collation requirements in
designated international markets.

Contribute to the on-time distribution commercially successful advertising and
promotional activities by working closely with Product and Marketing Managers,
Digital and PR teams, Advisory, Training and Education teams.

**Responsibilities include: **

* Submit variation applications according to agreed filing plan and negotiate successful regulatory approvals
* Update ARTG and product labels with variations to existing products in Australia and designated overseas markets
* Provide regulatory support and documentation to overseas affiliates to achieve successful regulatory maintenance
* Provide regulatory support and documentation to overseas affiliates to achieve successful product variation and regulatory lifecycle management
* Provide timely regulatory advice to support regulatory compliance
* Proactively identify, correct and resolve compliance issues
* Project manage regulatory export activities in support of product maintenance for International markets

**Who are you?**

* You hold a relevant scientific qualification and an understanding of regulatory guidelines and processes, ideally gained in industry
* A deep belief in the Natural Health industry
* Globally minded, demonstrating an uncompromising focus on the consumer to inform everything we do
* Experience in the field of medical sciences/nutrition or pharmaceutical
* Understanding of regulatory requirements
* Fast moving, solution driven with a good track record of successful execution and sound and compliant solutions
* Sound strategic thinking and analysis and commercial understanding
