Role Overview

This role is responsible for leading the PMO, on a large transformation program in the insurance space. You will have overall accountability for the governance and program financials across this transformation. This program helps maintain a key business partner and is vital to the businesses success.

Lead the PMO team
Process support (financial tracking/invoices and vendor engagement)
Program planning, milestone tracking, risks & issues management, interdependency assessments
Own the monthly Steering Committee process
Engagement of key stakeholder relationships such as Procurement and Finance
Ensure all Program / Project artefacts are completed and assist with the reviewing and sign-off process
Chairing Practice Lead sessions

Skills & Experience

Experience leading PMO teams of 4+
Experience on multi-year, high budget programs ($10 million +)
Wealth management / Insurance experience nice to have
Banking and Financial services experience essential
Strategic thinker
Strong problem-solving capability
