The Role

You will be responsible for providing high-quality engineering advice on a wide variety of projects. This includes input on fees, facilitating and preparing FEB's, FEBQ's and FER's, liaising with clients as needed and contributing to the overall performance of the team.

Ideally, you'll have a Masters in Fire Safety Engineering, 3+ years experience in fire safety engineering or working towards attaining C10 accreditation and great communication skills.

In a diverse role, you will be balancing a mix of responsibilities, combining your strong people skills with your passion for the technical aspects of the role.

You will optimise productivity and manage your own performance targets.

The Requirements

Eager and enthusiastic fire safety engineer, with C10 accreditation or, are in the process of working towards C10 accreditation with 3+ years of experience
Working knowledge of Australian Standards & relevant fire engineering software packages
Experience liaising with clients & practise good customer service
A natural people-person, with an approachable and professional communication style
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written language and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines and use your initiative on a daily basis
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Terrific team player who's able to develop and foster positive and productive relationships but can also work alone
Ability to remain calm and effective in an often fast-paced environment
