About the position

As the Clinical Care Coordinator / Care manager, You will be responsible for overlooking all clinical aspects of the facility and leading the healthcare team. You will work directly under the Home Manager & alongside the regional team.

Proactive & use initiative and experience to complete tasks
Posess strong leadership and management skills
Advanced Clinical knowledge
Advanced knowledge on government policies and procedures & ability to ensure full compliance to aged care standards
Compassionate person-centred care
Have full respect and a genuine interest in the personality of each resident
Ability to lead a team
Contribute to a safe working environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills

Essential Criteria

AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years similar experience in aged care facility
Full Australian working rights
Permanent resident or Citizen
Passionate about helping people.

What’s on offer:

$100,000 + Super
Permanent position with Stability
Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
