The Company

Our client is a market leader in their field and is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of office patricians, doors and hardware accessories. Specialising in high quality products they are looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Supervisor to lead and mentor their existing team of 5.

The Position

Reporting to the Site Manager your duties will include:

Mentor and lead the team to ensure training and development objectives are met
Market and promote products and services to the team
Review of reporting and staff workload allocation
Assist with calls and process orders as required
Work with other Managers to ensure consistency across delivery and streamlining of information.
Participate in and support induction training and performance review programs
Maintain and process all necessary team administrative duties in a timely manner

The Candidate

The successful applicant will have proven experience ideally from the construction or manufacturing industry, and will display the following:

Proven experience managing inbound and outbound sales/ customer service teams
Demonstrated sales/ customer service skills including conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify relevant and critical training needs
Sound knowledge of Microsoft products and CRM

This is a permanent fulltime opportunity located in Smithfield, NSW. Hours are 7am-4pm or 8am 5pm, Monday- Friday.
