Job Summary

The Cloud Business Operations Systems Analyst Salesforce/Zuora will be the primary go to person for all of NetApp Public Cloud Services needs for architecting and deploying business processes in Salesforce and Zuora, and integrations with internal systems for public cloud based transactions with the top 3 cloud provider marketplaces and with the NetApp direct sales route transactions. This roles primary responsibility will be to enable the Modern Workplace portfolio of products on these systems. This role will coordinate with product management, IT and operations, and other NetApp functions including sales, marketing, and finance to understand, analyze and improve business processes for implementation and integration with Salesforce and Zuora systems. This role will also act as the primary ops liaison between the Modern Workplace product management team and business operations. The right person for this role has deep understanding of public cloud marketplace transaction processing, billing, metering, and revenue/usage reporting. This person also has extensive experience in dealing with cross-functional business requirements and engaging with key stakeholders at both the executive/VP level and with delivery teams.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expertise on Salesforce and Zuora functional and technical implementation and integration
* Gather business process requirements and build alignment with cross-functional stakeholders based on Salesforce/Zuora functional design
* Provide guidance to systems delivery teams on implementation best practices
* Understand public cloud marketplace transaction processes and ensure the systems implementation is aligned with business needs

Travel Required

20% (includes domestic and int.)

Key Relationships

* Reports to Director Cloud Business Operations

Education

* 10+ years of experience working with various cloud providers, software vendors and/or consulting organizations
* 5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce/Zuora business processes
* Understanding of enterprise cloud solutions and related technical offerings
* Collaborative personality; comfortable working across many functions and teams, and engaging with senior executives
* A creative go-getter who is full of ideas and can execute on those ideas in a fast-paced, demanding environment with excellent interpersonal and social skills
* A bachelors degree in engineering or science is required. Salesforce and/or Zuora certifications are a plus.
