An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator to join a well respected global office suite product provider for a 6 month contract.

The Role

Supporting the customer service and supply chain functions, you will be responsible for:

Liaising with international suppliers & various internal departments
Reserving stock, and allocate stock to customer accounts.
Processing and receipting of orders and shipments in SAP.
Respond to email and phone based queries
Understand lead times for manufacturing & dispatch
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery

About You

To be successful you will demonstrate

A general understanding of purchasing, supply chain and logistics
Previous Customer Service and order processing experience
SAP system experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Proven ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Strong computer skills word, excel and fast accurate data entry
